Nice additions; my features wish list

The page boxes tools are a nice addition. A few missing features would help a lot:
- Adding page numbers to a pdf
- Inserting by dragging a document from the left pane to somewhere in the open document in the right pane
- Extracting by dragging selected pages into the left pane to create a new document
- A magnifying glass so you can tell which page is which if needed while remaining at a high zoom level.
